We also offer interstate removals from Brisbane to Sydney to Melbourne. We specialise in residential and commercial removals. Our moving trucks are well-maintained and clean. Unfortunately due to safety reasons we are unable to transport gas, fuel, oil or paint.
You do not need to be present at delivery, we can place items in the rooms they came from or in a placement discussed with you beforehand. Payment must be made before goods are unloaded if you are not present.
Yes, we do pick up single items and we pick up goods from stores, there is no set cost, it is individual to the items being picked up.
That is not a problem at all, such things will be discussed with you during the loading of the truck and any and all fee changes will be discussed with you first to ensure you are aware of them.
The best way is to start in a room and list all the furniture items you will be taking and the approximate number of boxes that will be packed. If you prefer, we can also provide you with an inventory sheet if that helps.
Most household contents insurance does cover aspects of moving. We do have goods in transit insurance for certain situations that we can discuss with you if you like and if you need more information, we are happy to put you in contact with our insurance broker.
Yes, we can most certainly assemble and disassemble any furniture, it will need to be discussed during the time before your move, so any special tools required are on-site on the day.
Antiques are individually assessed and all marks or damage present recorded and the client is notified, when it is loaded it is loaded into its own space with excess padding.
No, we load your items into our truck, and they stay in the truck and are delivered straight to your new address and unloaded by the same team.
No, your goods will be left in the truck and delivered directly to your new address unless otherwise stated and organised.
We do not have our own storage facility, but we can organise storage for you. The lease and cost of the storage unit will be at the expense of the client.
Yes, we can pack your house for you at an additional cost.
Yes we can indeed move your pot plants at our discretion.
